RBT
Implement ABA therapy in 1:1 sessions with clients varying in functional and developmental levels and degrees of aggression, while adhering to behavior protocols and program changes. During sessions, you will collect and record accurate data, complete graphs, and program guides, and write concise summaries of each session. Entry-level position. No previous ABA experience is required, but experience working with children is preferred.
Physical Therapist
Working with pediatric patients on the autism spectrum and with other developmental disorders, you will be expected to evaluate their current therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status, complete necessary treatment planning requirements, develop and implement treatment plan of care, and submit accurate clinical notes. With multiple disciplines at our center, you will collaborate with other therapists and client families to provide the best care possible for every client. Must be a graduate of an accredited program of Physical Therapy, as well as be licensed from the State of Texas as a Physical Therapist.
Occupational Therapist
Working with pediatric patients on the autism spectrum and with other developmental disorders, you will be expected to evaluate their current therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status, complete necessary treatment planning requirements, develop and implement treatment plan of care, and submit accurate clinical notes. With multiple disciplines at our center, you will collaborate with other therapists and client families to provide the best care possible for every client. Must possess a Master’s in Occupational Therapy or equivalent, as well as currently registered and licensed from the State of Texas or eligible for licensure.
Speech Therapist
Working with pediatric patients on the autism spectrum and with other developmental disorders, you will be expected to assess and identify patient needs and administer appropriate care, document, prepare, and complete plans of care, progress notes, and clinical records. You will educate families concerning patient deficits and ways to facilitate communication. With multiple disciplines at our center, you will collaborate with other therapists to provide the best care possible for every client. Must possess a Master’s from an accredited SLP program, as well as be licensed from the State of Texas as a Speech Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist.
HR Assistant
While learning all aspects of HR as it applies to HHS, your primary focus will be recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new technicians as we continue to grow. You will also participate in onboarding, data entry, disciplinary meetings, and assist with payroll. Entry level, but HR or administrative experience is highly preferred.
BCBA
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for, but not limited to supervision of patient programming, supervision of patient behavior protocols, supervision of RBT’s for board requirements, communication and meeting with parents/guardians, parent trainings, and treatment planning for patient programming. Must possess a Master’s degree in ABA, Child Development, or related field(s), currently licensed from the BACB, and obtain state licensure from the Texas Department of Licensure and Regulations (or the ability to become licensed).
BCBA in Training
Obtain supervision hours while learning hands-on the role of a BCBA. You will be taught to create client treatment goals, complete BIPs, document the progression of client programming, assist with escalated behaviors, as well as observe and analyze components such as behavior protocol implementation, delivery of SDs, prompts, and resets, and reinforce contingencies such as deprivation/satiation, immediacy, and contiguity. Must obtain or be within a few months of graduating with a Master’s in ABA, Child Development, or related field(s), as well as receiving supervision hours or have completed supervision hours.
