Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Alisha Fletcher is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at our Windcom center. Alisha received her Bachelor’s degree in Integrative studies with a focus in Special Education, Social Work, and Sociology and her Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. Throughout her four years with Help Hope Solutions, Alisha found her passion for ABA and grew in various roles including RBT, team lead, backup scheduler, and now a BCBA. Alisha has an enthusiasm for the science of behavior and applying the principles of behavior analysis to best support her clients and their families. Outside of her professional pursuits, Alisha enjoys traveling, decorating, and spending time with family and friends experimenting with new hobbies such as baking cakes and punch needling.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Blanca Medina is a BCBA at our Windcom location. Blanca holds a master’s degree in special education from Arizona State University where she also completed the course requirements to become a BCBA. Balance began her journey at Help Hope Solutions in 2021 and over the years she discovered her passion for making a meaningful impact on children’s lives, inspired by the dedicated individuals around her. Since 2021 Blanca progressed through various roles, including RBT, Team Lead, Clinical Assistant, and currently, BCBA. Outside of her professional pursuits, Blanca enjoys spending time with her family and pets, traveling, attending concerts, and watching the latest movies.

Dannah Diebas is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at our Windcom office. Dannah graduated with a master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas. Dannah has been in the field of ABA since 2020 and worked at Help Hope Solutions in various clinical positions from RBT to team leader, team lead supervisor, and clinical assistant. Dannah has a passion for understanding behavior and improving the lives of individuals diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys reading and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Karina Carrillo is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at the Preston office. She started with HHS in July of 2019 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). With the guidance of the BCBA’s around her, Karina was able to grow throughout various positions within the company. Soon after starting at HHS, Karina realized that she wanted to pursue a career in ABA. After graduating with a Bachelors in Child Development from Texas Woman’s University, she received her Master’s from Arizona State University. Karina has a passion for helping each individual become the best version of themselves and wants to make a difference in each of her client’s lives. In her free time, Karina likes to spend time with her friends, family, and attend her nieces and nephews sporting events!

Alyssa TriplettAlyssa Triplett is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at the Preston office . She has been with HHS for a little over two years where she started her journey as an RBT and quickly grew through various positions with the guidance of all the BCBAs within the company. Alyssa received her Bachelors degree in Social Work in 2016 and Masters degree in Early Childhood Education in 2018 and has had a passion for working with children since a young age. Working in the field of ABA these past couple years has brought so much growth and desire to continue to help others and be a support for children with autism. Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys playing with her two cats, hiking and enjoying life with her husband as a newlywed.

Kayla Holloway is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at the Preston office. Kayla started with HHS in May of 2021 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and with the guidance of the BCBAs around her, Kayla quickly grew into various positions within the company and realized that she wanted to pursue a career in ABA. After graduating with a bachelor’s in psychology from Lyon College, she received her Master’s in Special Education with a Concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. Kayla has a passion for helping each individual achieve their goals and promoting independence for each of her clients in their day-to-day lives. In her free time, Kayla likes to spend time with her fiancée, friends, and her French Bulldog Bodie. She also likes to stay very active and enjoys playing volleyball and soccer when she has the chance.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Hayoon Chung is a BCBA at the Plano-Preston location. She obtained her Master of Science in Human Development and Early Childhood Disorders in May 2022, and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Child Learning and Development at The University of Texas at Dallas. She completed her BCBA classes and obtained her board certification in 2023. Her passion for applied behavior analysis developed during her graduate program where she had the opportunity to intern at Help Hope Solutions. She began working as a Registered Behavior Technician in January 2022 and her work experience inspired her to become a BCBA as she realized the “impact of constructive evidence-based intervention”. The hands-on experiences over the last years, solidified her commitment to ensuring that every child receives the individualized support they need to thrive. Her passion for applied behavior analysis is deeply rooted in her passion to connect the autism community to the enormous world they live in, advocate for their rights and needs, and provide the support they need to succeed. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and capturing special moments with her camera.
Director of Operations
Nicholas Frazier is the Operations Manager for Help, Hope, Solutions. Nicholas has over 8 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Nicholas started his career in Indiana and has made his way to Texas, starting as an ABA Technician and becoming and RBT and now ultimately the Operations Manger. Before joining Help, Hope, Solutions, Nicholas worked as the Lead Technician/Site Coordinator in which he shared duties of working with children directly, training staff members, and running the administration department. Nicholas attended Indiana State University in Terre Haute, Indiana where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. In his free time he enjoys watching sports and movies, playing chess, and traveling.
Senior Director of Operations
Ashleigh Sebree has been part of Help Hope Solutions for 8 years and all the experience she gained over the years with all the company processes made her the best candidate for her current position as Director of Operations. Ashleigh graduated from the University of North Texas with a focus in Psychology in 2014. Once she competed her Bachelor’s degree, she gravitated toward the mental health field. She started as an RBT with Help, Hope, Solutions in 2014 and has progressed through the company, managing the clinics scheduling for 5 years, becoming the Clinic Supervisor in 2021 and now serving as Director of Operations. In her current role, Ashleigh directly supervises nonclinical processes, ensuring the clinic needs are met for day-to-day operations alongside to the scheduling needs of the clinic. Ashleigh has a deep passion for serving the families of our community by ensuring the clinics are running efficiently in order for all staff to provide the best care possible.
When not working at Help Hope Solutions, Ashleigh enjoys spending time with friends, trying new cuisine around Dallas, and watching sports!
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Victoria is a BCBA at the Plano-Windcom office. She received her bachelor’s degree in biology, with a minor of chemistry, at the University of North Texas in 2018, and her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in December of 2021. She has been with Help, Hope, Solutions since May of 2020 where she has held various positions, such as technician, RBT, team lead, and assistant. Part of the process to become a BCBA, Victoria received direct supervision and training from Jessica Fugazzotto, clinical VP and it was during that time when her love of ABA magnified. Coming home from work feeling better than she did before she woke up, Victoria quickly realized that ABA wasn’t just a job anymore-it was a calling. The idea of helping children learn to live fuller lives while also teaching others to do the same, is one of the most rewarding parts of being a BCBA. When she’s not analyzing behaviors, Victoria runs her own vegan cookie business, enjoys the outdoors, and relaxes with a good book!
Chief Executive Officer
Cristina earned her master’s degree in Early Childhood Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She has completed a post-graduate coursework at the University of North Texas in preparation for her BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), which she received in summer 2007. Cristina’s many years of experience encompasses public school teaching, Floortime therapist during her graduate classes and ABA therapist, trainer, team lead, and BCBA.
Over the last 15 years Cristina worked with hundreds of individuals on the autism spectrum, non-generalized developmental delays, ADHD, organizational and self management deficits across a wide variety of ages (14 months to 22 years).
She currently oversees the entire BCBAs and staff training across all centers, develops and implements intervention programs, provides parent, and teacher training; creates behavior intervention programs for home, school natural environment settings; conducts developmental and functional assessments; develops and implements Individual Education Plan (IEP) goals; and participates in school Admission Review and Dismissal (ARD) meetings.
Cristina’s unique approach has been widely praised for providing customized, comprehensive strategies addressing the language, cognitive and social needs needed to navigate today’s complex social world.
Cristina is an active member of the International Association of Behavior Analysis, the Texas Association of Behavior Analysis, and the North Texas Autism Special Interest Group. When not at work, Cristina likes to play with her twin daughters, enjoys running and spending time with her friends.
Clinical VP VP/BCBA
Jessica Fugazzotto is the Clinical VP/BCBA for our Plano-Windcom center. Jessica has over eight years of experience providing behavior analytic services for children between the ages of two and eighteen. Before joining Help, Hope, Solutions, Jessica worked as an instructor providing home-based therapy to children with Autism. She also worked as a one-on-one aide in school settings for children with Autism, emotional disabilities, and other developmental delays. Jessica attended Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts where she graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. Jessica graduated from Simmon’s College in the Summer of 2018 with a Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in November 2018.
Throughout her time at Help, Hope, Solutions, Jessica received direct clinical supervision and experience from Cristina Busu, and mastered implementing and programming HHS’ unique curriculum. She started with the company in 2015 as an RBT and grew through all positions. In her current role, Jessica supervises BCBA’s to ensure client programming adheres to company policy, and ensures best progress outcomes, provides supervision to graduate students, maintains her client caseload, as well as oversees all daily operations alongside the Executive VP and CEO. When not working, Jessica enjoys working out at F45 and playing co-ed softball!
Executive VP/BCBA
Amy Frye is currently the BCBA and Executive VP for our Plano- Preston location. She received her Masters of Education with a Foundation in Behavior Analysis from University of Cincinnati in December 2018, and her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas. Amy developed a passion for individuals with ASD in high school where she volunteered as a coach in the Special Olympics from 2004-2008. Amy began working at Help, Hope, Solutions, in February of 2016 as an RBT and her passion helped her form great relationships with her clients and their families. Over the last 6 years , Amy advanced through quickly into her current position.
Amy helped start up our other locations, where she worked directly under Cristina’s supervision and mastered implementing and programming HHS’ unique curriculum. Amy currently lives in Sunnyvale, Texas, with her husband, daughter, and 2 dogs Kenzie and Izzy. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family and has a passion for helping others. In her role, Amy supervises BCBA’s to ensure client programming adheres to company policy, and ensures best progress outcomes, provides supervision to graduate students, maintains her client caseload, as well as oversees all daily operations alongside the Clinical Director and CEO.
Preston Clinic
Caitlyn Longoria is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at the Preston office for Help, Hope, Solutions. She has been with HHS for over three years where she started her journey as a technician and quickly grew through the mentorship of all the amazing BCBAs within the company. Caitlyn discovered Applied Behavior Analysis by a “happy accident”, as she describes, after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. After researching the field of ABA she knew she had found the perfect path to pursue, and has been working in the field since 2017. Caitlyn has a passion for finding the way each individual communicates and strives to help connect her clients with the world around them. Outside of work, Caitlyn likes to hike, sit down with a good book, and enjoy the simple things in life with her husband.
